#socspring14 - A short Twitter guide

This post originally appeared on the Socitm 2013 blog here. This an ever so slightly updated version.

With the conference almost upon us I thought it'd be useful to share some guidelines for making best use of Twitter during the event.

Twitter can be a useful tool for navigating these events – hearing about particularly intriguing sessions, meeting new colleagues, following up discussions after a session has run. These guidelines aim to help delegates make the most of Twitter at the conference:

Welcome to the Socitm Spring 2014 Blog!

With the conference only 2 days away, it's time to unveil the Socitm Spring 2014 blog! With a cleaner and improved design from last year's winter conference, this year's blog will be aiming to cover the majority of the conference sessions using live blogs along with video interviews from the conference's main sponsors.

Socitm Spring Mobile App is Live!

It wouldn't be a truly digital conference without a native mobile app. Today Socitm launches the official conference app developed by governmentM. The app is available for Android, iOS and Blackberry. Those with Windows Phone devices should access the web version, which works well in mobile IE.

The app can be accessed below:

Can't book yet? Then register your interest!

We know that sometimes it's not possible to make an instant decision to book for an event. If that's the case for you, we'd like to invite you to simply register your interest for our Spring Conference. This means that when you are able to book you and your organisation will still benefit from the current early-bird discount, regardless of whether prices have increased by that time.
